I wish I could give zero stars. Our experience with this supervised visitation center during court-ordered visits was extremely distressing for my child and for me as her mother. Before visits, my daughter showed significant emotional distress, including crying, screaming, and begging not to be left. From my perspective, these moments were not met with the level of trauma-informed support I had hoped for.
