My trunk flew open due to the wind and knocked it out of alignment. They fixed it in probably 5 minutes and it didn't cost a dime. I'll be going to them anytime I have an issue. If they were your typical shady mechanic, they would have tried to at least make some money. Instead, they worked for my business. I won't be going anywhere else.
The worst auto repair experience a person can imagine. Made a deposit of 2,500.00 for an engine repair. Jules would call me in the middle of the night asking for more money. After 5 months no update on my car. Had to file lawsuit against him. They moved my car and I had to get the police involved. After 7 months my car was finally returned with a dent in the front fender. My car was still broke and I still haven't retrieved my $2,500.00 deposit. Before the lawsuit Family Automotive was T&J Automotive.
