Management is willing to work with everyone.
Very poor business management. Went in there a few weeks before I got paid to see what my options were for their financing and they said they would call back. It's been a week and a half and still haven't heard anything. Every time I show up the boss (James) isn't there. And the employees can't do any financing without James. So it is a complete waste of time. Then they finnaly call me back after seeing this review and tells me that I was financed for a teal 03 Pontiac Montana. My car doesnt leak oil took it to manchnic. You keep up ing prices. The transmission is slipping, head light broken. Why call me a Veteran of the Navy and harass me. I'm not impressed with your people skills, and to not sell cars, van or what ever. It doesn't cost 200 to transfer my military vet plate over to new car. I don't have 800 to put down. 600 down and 200 month payments is what u said. Why go back on your word. That is what I was brought up. Verbal contract!
