I dropped my truck off in the morning to replace my pcm, I was told they had to update their software, then their system crashed, after i called and talked to Mr Bo and the general manager, I was informed they had contacted multiple dealers in the area to come and set my pcm to the truck, not only did these guys stay an extra hour after closing to ensure i got my truck today , Bo DROVE MY TRUCK to my house to deliver it to me, I give this place 10/10 on customer service and satisfaction, and this business will be the only sh... read more
These guys really went out of their way to help us in an emergency, got repairs done very fast. Bo was especially helpful and accommodating.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. They are trustworthy, reliable, thorough, and take excellent care of their customers. We will continue to use Family Auto and refer everyone to this company.
