If I could give it a zero I would. Took 1996 f350 in for passenger door windows and cruise control diagnose. 5 weeks later called said they only got the passenger windows fixed. I had my car towed to family auto from another shop due to the poor communication and service from the other shop. Unfortunately I would have had better luck keeping my car where it was. When I initially got in touch with Mike he quoted me at $7,300 and 3 weeks for repairs. 2 months later they still hadn’t even gotten my car into the shop and they never told me anything.
