I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Do not but from family auto for any reason. This company is shady and does not sell a good product. They offer fun select features suck as 29 percent interest and selling cars at over twice there value. Another fun item is the warranty actually covers nothing. And the final act is you can't get rid of the car without paying the full price including interest. Do not buy from family auto.

They sell crap cars that break down repeatedly not long after purchasing. Rude staff that could care less if it gets fixed properly or not. my daughter has been carless for almost three weeks now .This is the third time in the shop since purchasing four months ago. and this time it needs an entire motor. but yet they still expect the payment
