I had the very best experience here. The sales staff and new owners were the best I've ever seen.
I had a really good experience getting Jeep Compass and the dealership is under new management with a new team. Everyone from Sales Manager “Carlos” to Finance Manager “Cody” was a pleasure to work with. The owner “Doug” personally came and thanked us for the business. The team is great and efficient. We got everything done under 4 hours. If you need a car, Family CJDR is the place you’d want to be at!
They don’t even deserve one star! Run away! Do Not go here for car repairs! They are dishonest- slow - and extremely overpriced. They’re hard to get connected with after you drop your car off and they don’t update you well during the process. The Sulphur Springs location is also awful. Don’t go there either. For great service: Do yourself a favor and go to GREENVILLE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM! It’s only about 20 minutes away!
