One of the worst experiences we’ve had with car repair EVER. Terrible communication, NOBODY knew what’s going on when we called for updates about my car & more. The worst part is they charged us for a NEW catalytic converter but they PIECED together repairs to the catalytic converter I already had. We know that because TWO days after paying THOUSANDS on their “repairs” ( & waiting almost a month for my car) the Service Engine light came BACK on. To many add on prices when asked for advertising price.
Went to trade in a 1/2 ton GMC for a 3/4 ton GMC, first met Ronnie and SM Monty. Told them what kind of deal I was needing , Then came back a week later and met with Will. It was a great transaction, no surprises and worked out great.
Don't do it!! If you need service, go somewhere else. If want to waste money on repairs, this is the place.
