I had a crown detach a few days ago. They got me in right away. Dr. Richards had to take great care and caution in re cementing the crown since I have recently been on chemo therapy and thus can't have breaks in the gums and mouth tissue. The crown is back in place and the procedure went very smoothly. Not surprised, steady hands, wealth of experience, and a great team.
I really appreciate Dr. Giordano being willing to work with my appliance from a previous orthodontist - I know that each doctor would prefer to use their own method, but he was very accommodating and helpful and willing to work with me to get my jaw stabilized. I was very impressed!
The service was good as usual. My only concern is that my appointment was schedule at a certain time and hygentist took me in 20 minutes late. I respect the offices time and arrive accordingly, now I am asking you to respect my time.
I've hated going to the dentist for years because of prior experiences, but have no anxiety in going to Giordano Dental.
Looking at the orthodontic results from this office, the commitment to healthy teeth AND a winning smile, it is the only place I could bring my children. The first orthodontic appointment was great! Everyone made my son comfortable. He had trepidation before going, and was thrilled when he left--very excited to get the appliance and get going on to beautiful new teeth!
As always, my experience was handled with professionalism and courtesy.
