I was attended to promptly and politely. The procedure was explained in advance.
I could not be happier. The office got me in on an emergent basis and was able to offer me significant relief during the visit. Having worked in healthcare for over 30 years I am very attuned to the customer service aspect within healthcare or maybe more appropriately - the lack thereof! My experience at Giordano's is what you would want all of your experiences to be fashioned after.

Since I have a very sensitive mouth and anxiety produced by previous painful dentistry, I am extremely appreciative of the gentle, friendly and punctual treatment I get at Giordano Dental. It is more expensive than other places but worth it to me.
