Great communication, genuine care and concern for the pet, kind and attentive staff.
The staff is very friendly plus knowledgeable. I called recently because my pug had an eye problem- they immediately had me bring him in - diagnosed as a eye ulcer and recommended an eye specialist. They called for me and got my pugs appointment immediately thank you.
3rd visit...so far so good.
Any services for your pets needs! Dr. Zoo was amazing and her whole staff. We had a sick puppy that she did everything in her power to save. Very very knowledgeable. She answered any and every question we had. Every single person we spoke with was very very nice, respectful and fast to all our needs. We now have our new puppy going to. And again nothing but a amazing job! I will never ever go anywhere else. They are the best.

Dr Zoo and her staff always give our family animals the best care. They are compassionate and clearly love what they do.
Both of fur babies go to FAH of Friendswood & my words can not express how much we love them. Everyone goes above & beyond for us. That is just their nature; to be so passionate, knowledge, & sweet. I highly recommend them!
Doctor Zoo is the kindest, most down to earth vet ever! She loves the animals, all animals and is not afraid to get down on the floor and visit with them to try to understand them. Her vet techs are very good with the animals as well. Love this place and the service is awesome. Our cocker makes herself at home there! Lol
