New to area, calling around to find new dentist for implants. Bad experience right off the bat w/ front desk. Lady I spoke with tried to tell me my ins wouldn’t pay anything. After I explained to her I knew what my plan covered she admitted that she didn’t actually know what my plan covered, but that their practice was not accepting my insurance carrier. Big difference. Hope others know to always make sure your drs are “in network”. Obviously I’ll be looking elsewhere for dental work with a dentist that accepts my insurance ... read more
