Don’t usually do reviews, but I think it’s time to say this about Dr. T. I’ve been a patient of his for approximately 15 years and can say without a doubt that he is not only an expert at his trade, but also truly cares about his patience! I had to have a tooth extracted today and was sort of uneasy, but Dr. T made me feel that all was good through the entire procedure. There should only be more Dr T’s!
Been going to this dentist for over 15 years. They do very good work. If you don't have insurance, they are very good at working out better pricing if you can pay cash. Staff is so friendly. I hate going to the dentist, but they make it as easy for me as possible.
Saw Dr Tobola and a female hygienist. Plan of care wasn’t explained properly.
We’ve been coming here as a family for over five years and consistently have a great experience. Their approach is very holistic, and they focus on treating only what’s necessary. Even my husband, who normally avoids the dentist, is comfortable here because they’re attentive to his low pain tolerance.
Tried scheduling an appointment for two weeks straight, calling nearly every day. Between them not being able to find my insurance after multiple attempts (never had this issue anywhere else) and the person I originally worked with quitting (assuming it's a corporate office and they don't treat employees well) they just could not even begin the process. My last two attempts ended with them telling me they didn't have time at the moment and would call me the next day only to never hear from them again.
