We have been going to Midwest allergy for 10 years, but recently the Newark office has suffered dramatically. In February my son was due for testing. We never received a call or letter to set up an appointment time. In March I approached the front desk to find out what happened. The new receptionist decided not to send postcard reminders, and didn’t bother to call us. I managed to get an appointment, but 2 months past his standard appointment. Worst allergy place I’ve ever been too. Front desk staff didn’t even know what all was involved in getting an updated allergy test. If I would have known they still did individual needles in the upper arms I wouldn’t have made an appt. The person doing the scratch test lost count at where she was at and then had to come in the room where I was waiting the 20 min because she totally forgot about one she needed to do.
