First visit. They were great with my son!
They had issues with BCBS insurance and so claims weren’t being processed. They said just wait and it’ll get sorted and we will send correct billing. I asked a couple times and it wasn’t resolved. Fast forward, still no bill and no mention during my shots - but then I get a call from a collection agency. Instead of informing me insurance billing was fixed and sending a bill, they sent me to collections.
