I’m disappointed in the service I’ve received here. I’ve had an appointment scheduled with this clinic since before the new year, and I had to call them nearly a month after making the appointment just to find out that they don’t test for or treat the condition I was coming in to be evaluated for that I wrote down on the intake form. If I could put zero stars I would. This place changes their hours of operation like they change socks. My child was handed a piece of paper last month(December 2024) saying their new hours which went into effect December 16,2024. They once again took away their Wednesday hours, which was the only day they were open until 6pm which makes it convenient for those who have children in school and after school sports.
