I will definitely be switching allergists after this visit. I have NEVER experienced such chaos, incompetence, and rudeness at every single visit. It’s really sad because the doctor is great... I’ve been more than patient, but it’s my third visit here and it gets worse every single time... They scheduled my “rush” appointment at the wrong office, yet acted like it was my fault. RecommendedDr. Priya Warrier is by far the best Doctor for Allergy and Asthma. Both my sons are patients of hers an she has helped them come so far in so lil time. My youngest was hospitalized a lot before seeing her. He has not even had to go to the E.R since the first visit to her office.. We are beyond Thankful for her

RecommendedI like the overall change from Kentuckiana Allergy. The billing dept is doing a better job overall. My only complaint is patient privacy for female patients getting injections in front of an open window to the waiting room. At the Leesgate location. There are times vin clothes have to be adjusted to allow for proper injection technique. Today I had to adjust my top exposing my bra and they had a male patient getting his injection at the same time. I find this a privacy violation and I’ve brought this concern up to the staff ... read more
