I'm very pleased with the service I have received at Elizabethtown Family Dentistry. Dr. Howard, Dr. Thompson and their staff are very professional and friendly.

Great idea... Only one suggestion at this time... Can a page be created where I can update my personal information i.e. phone numbers, email address, home address, emergency contact person, and perhaps medications I am currently using?
