I was skeptical to take my child here because of all the negative reviews I read prior to going. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the waiting area is PACKED and not everyone had a seat. However, I had no trouble with any of the medical assistants. The ones who attended us were very helpful. My son was taken into triage by one of the medical assistants named Monica. She was very kind, very knowledgeable and very attentive. Extremely frustrating experience. They refused to let my child finish allergy shot vials that were not expired and already paid for, and instead pushed for new ones. After years of consistent treatment, this felt more like a money-driven decision than patient care. Poor communication, dismissive attitude, and no concern for what actually makes sense for the patient. Would not recommend.
No vayan. Demasiada gente. No hay asientos. Atención rápida sin explicaciones. No dan resultados formales. Dan esta hoja no profesional. Llevo 1 mes pidiendo resultados profesionales hasta ahorita sin respuesta. Hay otros de mejor atención.
Worst clinic not understanding what so ever fully packed with no seats yet they expect you to wait inside rude assistants.. seriously need to make another clinic in the valley I see why it’s rated so low
HORRIBLE STAFF. The ladies in the front are very unprofessional and extremely ugly to the patients. I have never met a medical staff so disrespectful and rude. Very well deserved 0 stars. They have no communication with themselves or the patients. Do not recommend this clinic, what so ever. New staff is definitely needed. I completely support the negative comments about the ladies in front. :)
