Very disappointing experience. I was repeatedly told tech would come out, but I only received updates when I followed up myself. At one point, after waiting hours for a response, I called & was told she had gotten home, was tired, got in the shower, and "honestly forgot" to check on their availability…. I was stunned by this answer. I was then told a technician would either arrive that night or the next morning, but no one showed up. I had Family Air Conditioning come out to inspect my unit, that was making a lot of noise. They determined that the compressor and the were both bad. And to repair it would cost 1/2 the price of a new one. I opted to have a new one installed. The next morning they were there with a new unit. They had it installed by noon time. What a wonderful crew and company. I highly recommend them.
Great people told me how much it would cost to fix my unit and gave me a great price on a brand new unit and put it in the same day. Will highly recommended. Great group of guys and women.Big shout out to Amanda and Oscar
