Been 16 days without a functioning AC unit. A unit they put in! On day 2 we were told the part would be in the following week. We are now on week 2! And NO communication from them. We are trying to be patient but as time passes and our electric bill climbs from running a portable AC unit in the house we are getting pissed! And the fact they will try to bill us once the warranty part finally shows up just seems unfair. We have spent more money on electric bill and eating out due to the elevated temp in the house. Very disappointing experience. I was repeatedly told tech would come out, but I only received updates when I followed up myself. At one point, after waiting hours for a response, I called & was told she had gotten home, was tired, got in the shower, and "honestly forgot" to check on their availability…. I was stunned by this answer. I was then told a technician would either arrive that night or the next morning, but no one showed up. I had Family Air Conditioning come out to inspect my unit, that was making a lot of noise. They determined that the compressor and the were both bad. And to repair it would cost 1/2 the price of a new one. I opted to have a new one installed. The next morning they were there with a new unit. They had it installed by noon time. What a wonderful crew and company. I highly recommend them.

Great people told me how much it would cost to fix my unit and gave me a great price on a brand new unit and put it in the same day. Will highly recommended. Great group of guys and women.Big shout out to Amanda and Oscar
