Laura is amazing. Gentle and thorough, during our first appointment she asked many questions— health and emotionally related — to help understand the nature of my worsening asthma, a condition that has been off and on debilitating for three years. After my first treatment, I noticed a marked improvement in my breathing. I understand acupuncture treatment takes time to stick but I am hopeful for continuing and sustainable improvement over time. I can’t recommend Laura Mayo more strongly.
Laura is by far the most thoughtful and skilled acupuncturist who I have had the pleasure to see and refer to. She listens and treats what has been “untreatable” in other medical settings and overall treats the whole person. She has an invaluable skillset when treating children also.
