I had an appointment last week & at the end Hyun Park the acupuncturist scheduled my next appointment for same day & time this week. He even gave me an appointment card. I show up ,& it is closed. I called & he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I will not be going back to him. I was referred by Kaiser for acupuncture & will now find a different practitioner. Don't waste your time on this unprofessional operation.
