RecommendedI am starting my 4th month at F4F. It is paying off. I love the fun with other members. Very comfortable doing my workouts. My husband joined a month after me. He was having sciatic nerve problems but with the stretches Kenny Sr showed him, he is doing great. We are in Mtn Ranch we are there 3 X week! Love it
