Very unprofessional, I had a vaccine appointment for today (Sat Nov. 8th at 14.00 hours), when I got there at a 1/4 to 2 Pharmacy door was closed (supposed to be open from noon to 5.00 PM) , then the door next to it opened (looked like a vaccine clinque, but different address,) I was told: Today no vaccines before 3.00 PM, no explanation, no text or email before I walked all the way there (Metro strike) and the guy pointed to a plastic chair, indicating I could wait there for over an hour. J'ai choisi cette pharmacie-clinique dans cliq-santé pour mon vaccin contre le zona parce que c'est près de chez moi et j'ai été très content du service reçu, gentillesse et professionnalisme du pharmacien. Il m'a aussi proposé un vaccin de rappel pour le tétanos qui était dû et qui était couvert par l'assurance maladie. Je vous le recommande pour les vaccins.
