Horrible experience at Familiprix on Henri Bourassa with the woman pharmacist who was NOT at her desk about 15 minutes while customers were at pharmacy waiting . ( totally unacceptable ) . Furthermore , nobody was there to replace her either . When I politely asked is there a pharmacist on duty one technician replied “Elle prend sa pause.” The technicians are rude and very unprofessional .
