«I’ve been a customer since 2013 and before that it was Jean-Coutu. This «Familiprix» in Verdun goes above and boyond it’s duty calls, i’ll explain briefly. Due to the «enormity» of snow that we’ve received last week in Montreal, I couldn’t get to my medical appointment through the «STM Transport Adapté» because the city didn’t allow the private streets to be cleared of snow for medical reasons. I'm very critical of pharmacies due to having so many issues with other ones. (Jean Coutu, Phamaprix) When I transferred my medications to this Familiprix, I was very skeptical. Especially after my first time picking up my methadone, they opened the store late 😑. But after that day, they've been literally perfect. The staff are very understanding and will listen with care. La meilleure service de pharmacie que j'ai eu dans ma vie! Tout le personnel est super rapide, amicale, et bien informé. Je suis super contente que j'ai choisi ce familiprix plutot que le jean coutu de l'autre bord de la rue.
