Great service and communications
The service is pretty terrible. Même si tu parles en français. The pharmacists and cash give adequate service but filling a prescription is like pulling teeth. C’est comme si on les dérangeait à chaque fois. Stock on shelves often expired. EDIT: After several months of terrible service, I finally landed on a technician that provided a level of service I’ve seen elsewhere. There is hope!
J'arrive au comptoir et demande a parler au pharmacien, pour un conseil concernant des Gravol. La demoiselle de service me demande, si j'ai un dossier dans leur pharmacie. Je lui dis non, elle revient et me dit que je devrais plutôt aller a ma pharmacie, car c'est très compliqué pour le pharmacien étant donné qu'il ne cornait pas la liste de mes médicaments.
