Dr. Mitchell changed my life; for the better. I went to see her after hearing her talk on menopause. We discussed my symptoms and she recommended the estrogen patch for me. It was a GAMECHANGER! All of my peri-menopause symptoms have been tamed thanks to Dr. Mitchell’s knowledge and recommendation. I recommend her 1,000 percent!
As many other patients have noted, the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. It takes a long time for calls to be answered, and when they do pick up, they seem rushed to end the conversation without addressing your concerns. I visited on Tuesday and still have not received my medication. I’ve both called and emailed, but there has been no follow-up. At this point, I’m not even confident that the front desk has communicated with the doctor regarding my request. I would not recommend this office—there are better options... read more
I had a great experience with NP Maggie. I called in and was easily able to schedule an appointment with her. They made it easy with insurance and it wasn’t a pain like it has been for me in the past with other doctors. Maggie was great and addressed all the concerns I had. She ordered testing to be done for me and has been really good about following up and being on top of everything! I would highly recommend to anyone needing a primary care doctor!

I had a great experience at Families First! I saw nurse practitioner Maggie and she was amazing. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. She’s very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.
