Dr Dan is the man! My family and I switch from Dr. Burke to him because after all the times seeing her and talking socially. She didn't know who I was one time when I was in the room with my husband. She tried to act like she remembered But I could tell she didn't. That was an immediate turn off. Especially because I would see her often and we'd run our mouths. So we switched to Dr. D! The doctors and staff are wonderful and very caring. But I CANNOT understand WHY there are no automatic door openers for the handicapped patrons! Trying to get through TWO doors with a wheelchair is impossible. Could someone let me know what the problem is before I contact the ADA about this?
My name is Dorothy Lou. Recently I had major surgery done. And if not for Lora, Pino, Britney and Chantelle things would not have moved as quickly as they did. Laura Pio saw the issue. Britney, who I am up most grateful for was able to get the ball started with the proper testing that I needed. And my medical assistant Chantelle, the constant encouragement and her professionalism in doing her job made me feel more at ease and more comfortable. I’m grateful for this office and I’m grateful for each and every one of them.
I was scheduled for a physical but unfortunately I was pulled over right before my visit which made me late. I explained to the receptionist what had happened and she sighed and gave me an attitude. I was turned away and none of the staff was understanding of my situation whatsoever.
Dr. Patel and his office has always been so kind and supportive with my mother. His kindness and compassion as he talks directly to his patients even when they have dementia/ Alzheimer’s disease .I feel this makes him a Prime example for an extraordinary Doctor . Thank you Dr. Patel
