Very unprofessional and disorganized. Employees or professionals in this organization do not consistently verify times or dates with you, causing mass confusion and wasting your time driving hours for appointments that were canceled days prior without communication. Their staff never takes responsibility for their lack of effort and passes the buck. There is little to no transparency. I request information and continuously ignored or not followed up with. Then I'm told I NEED to be patient. I've never felt like they have our my family first, overall. There is 1 amazing woman there who is honest, hard working and truly wants best, all others have done nothing but inflict more harm.
Was calling them for a friend that had forgotten her phone in a car. Fast response and all was good
They lied in court, canceled visits they were not supposed to, and did not do their job professionally.
