My mother has used this service and we have not had a very good experience. Most of the aides who have come to the house do not do their jobs. They talk on the cell phone, coupon, study and do not give their full attention to the patient. The mindset of the caregivers, and this business, has been "I'm not supposed to do this" rather than the staff coming in and actually doing their job.
