No company in the world has worse customer service. I've been waiting for a call all day. It's impossible to reach a person.
They charged me the full amount of the procedure and then billed my insurance for their portion also, essentially getting paid twice, and then made me jump through hoops for 3 months to get a refund. The actual dentist and dental staff were great, I just can deal with the way their offices conduct business.
On 8/27/2024 I called familia dental to notify them that they had the wrong billing address & I was going to give them the correct address. The lady put me hold & about 1 - 2 minutes later, I was hung up on. I won’t try to help them anymore … I’ll just write on the envelope: “does not live at this address” and then put the letters back in the mail-stream.
Stay tuned for next Wednesdays post. They are holding my dentures hostage. The Moline, Illinois location in June. I think their dentist dumped them early. Will post on Wednesday. As promised, it's Wednesday. As I entered Familia Dental, I was greeted with, "You're all set." Didn't even have to give my name, appointment time, date of birth, phone number, email address or insurance info. I thought to myself they sure have streamlined this process.
