Mrs or miss. BROWN was very informative and kind my teeth is everything right now and I thank her, yall better get her she ain't new to thus, she's true to this!
The assistant kept saying my mouth was wiggling but it is hard to be still when she keeps hitting me in the mouth with the x-ray camera. I don't understand their method. No longer care to. Sad office. The only professionalism I saw was Leah I believe her name was because they don't believe in name tags, but she properly handled our breakdown and rescheduling. Thank you.
Any one hardly answers the phone . I ask to speak to someone in the office never ever do they transfer me. This other person who answers the phone are not in the office.They calls the office and talk to the office for you not knowing everything You want and need too know. So unprofessional. They need better order of service to conduct their office. I wonder do the Dentist know his staff are so unprofessional. I will not come back to that office.
