Worst dental practice I have ever been to in my life!! Since July 18 I have had 8 appointments to get dentures. Of all 8 appointments only 3 have not been cancelled because of various reasons. Of the ones that were cancelled, they did not let me know before arriving for the appointment that it was being cancelled!! Now if only I could give a lower score on the review it would have been negative instead of just a 1!!
The security guard is so aggressive when speaking to patients. He yells and holler when addressing others about being on their phones. But the security guard is always on his phone behind the desk. The staff at the front desk is not patient friendly at all. You would think this is a place we’re you owe a debt the way the patients are treated.
