I can not say I had good service on 6-17 this year. I went back in June for first issue with bottom denture. I had an appointment for today, to get the upper and lower denture adjusted. I met Mr. John, he was very nice, he listened to what I wanted done. He did the adjustments I needed. My dentures felt great, like they were my own teeth. I would recomment Familia Dental in Champaign, Il. the waiting room floor was marked for the people not to sit too close to each other. The lady at the counter was very nice, checked my temp, then I got in on time to see the dentist, no long wait like before. This service today was the BEST ever . Give then a call. My new dentist is the Best.

There staff is great they always try and do the best they can with the pain issue you come in to the clinic with. Always nice staff and clean clinic.

I was texted a couple times to make sure I remember that my emergency appointment wasn’t forgotten. It’s a lot going on right now but I was very happy to see that Stefanie Was making sure that I didn’t miss out. To be honest, I actually did forget. Thanks a lot to make sure I get taken care of.
