If I could give zero stars, I would. There is no professional way to say how bad they not only ruined my jaw but did nothing to help with aftercare of the severe damage they afflicted upon me. I have bone fragments erupting from my aching jaw and I have nothing to dampen the pain. If you ask for a certain painkiller because of any other reason you will be ignored and given the run around constantly. I can not say I had good service on 6-17 this year. I went back in June for first issue with bottom denture. I had an appointment for today, to get the upper and lower denture adjusted. I met Mr. John, he was very nice, he listened to what I wanted done. He did the adjustments I needed. My dentures felt great, like they were my own teeth. There staff is great they always try and do the best they can with the pain issue you come in to the clinic with. Always nice staff and clean clinic.
I was texted a couple times to make sure I remember that my emergency appointment wasn’t forgotten. It’s a lot going on right now but I was very happy to see that Stefanie Was making sure that I didn’t miss out. To be honest, I actually did forget. Thanks a lot to make sure I get taken care of. Friendly staff with great dentists that always help without judgement.! Dr Choi really saved my mouth from the brink of disaster after years of no insurance.
Love that they get me in and out on Saturday mornings. No missing work. Gentle, friendly and they take my insurance.
