OMG! They did it again. Every week they never cease to amaze me with what they can do. This week they made bao buns and OMG! I had the lobster which was delicious and well worth the price. I was definitely graced with a lot of lobster more than expected. And don’t think that you need a third bun too is perfect if you’re still hungry grab a cookie. Good food but they are pricey and ratio of protein to carbs is pretty low
Really good!
Been coming back consistently for years. Varied pop-up menu, but everything we've ever had has been stellar. Always get the chili oil if you like spice. Anything they make with braised beef is my personal favorite. The price is worth it when you consider the local Alaska businesses they support as well as the fresh Hawaiian seafood. Jorge, Heather, and crew are rockstars!
Consistently one of the best meals in Anchorage.
