Today was my first time visiting FamiDental of Falmouth and it was a memorable one. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. The Dr. made sure all my questions were answered regarding my xrays and the Office Mgr. is very knowledgeable and helpful with advising about insurance and prescription process. The Hygenist and Xray Tech were very gentle and calming. I love that they have Saturday hours once a month because it accommodates my schedule. As a healthcare worker, I feel supported in the decision making of my dental care and choice of procedures. My kids and I are glad to have this practice as our dentist. I am one of those people that are afraid of going for dental check ups. This practice helped me overcome that fear. The staff are so polite, patient, and supportive. Starting with Sherre at the front desk, to the rest of the hygienists staff, and Dr. Valdivia, have made my visit less stressful with their smile. Thank you all guys. Overall, I love my smile.
