I have not been to a FamCare in almost 6 years, and I am very happy that I hopefully will never have to go again. Not going into the specifics, but a few rude staff members (that I encountered on the few visits) made me have a very hard time going to obgyns and advocating for my health in the future. If you have gone through trauma in your life and can afford it, please take the time to find an ethical, understanding obgyn office to go to. I will never come here again Janelle the NP is downright unprofessional and rude!! She lacks patience and compassion and it is beyond me why she is in the field she is in!! This is the second time I got checked by her so no she was not just having a bad day!!! This is who she is!!! I also waited well over an hour with an appointment while the girls sat behind the desk laughing and gossiping!
