Ordered sofa from them. Arrived late and damaged. They would not honor their own policy. Now I have a broken sofa. Anyone wants it?
It was worth the wait. The chair was very well made and stylish. It is exactly what I ordered on line. I would highly recommend this company.
This place is amazing! Not only did I get personalized help picking out my sofas, I was treated with so much respect. They helped me choose a beautiful sofa that fit my needs and style. We loved it so much, we purchased 2 sofas! When my dog chewed up the 3 connectors to one of the sofas, I called and in 3 days, I was sent new connectors. There were no questions asked. The staff here is wonderful and will help you in any way they can. I recommend Fama living to anyone that’s in the market for a new sofa.
VERY BAD BUSINESS. THEY TOTALLY DISREGARD CONTRACTS AND DO BUSINESA THEIR WAY. THEY DID NOT PAY WORKERS FOR THE HOURS WORKED. THEY SAID THAT IT SHOULDN'T TAKE 3HRS FOR THE JOB AND ONLY PAIDED FOR 2HRS. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST. STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES LIKE THIS. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT REFER.
Horrible company, very unprofessional! Alex Sarovsky is a disgusting person. He is rude and not professional at all. Him & his company see things 1 way. We had a service agreement and they didn't follow the terms of service and chose not to pay. They are nothing but thieves. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!
