I bought a van from Fam Vans the end of 2025. All I have to say is there’s a guy named Mark that works there and the customer service was 100/10 that I received from him. My van was getting worked on for a wheelchair conversion lift along with a couple other minor things and the peace of mind Mark gave me with his work ethic was out of this world. He went out of his way several times to help me when he knew I was stressing . I appreciate you Mark, you’re the man.
Nader is one of the best salespeople I’ve worked with so far. Unlike many others who try to push prices up or use pressure tactics to close a deal, he was genuinely focused on what’s best for the customer. The whole process felt smooth, transparent, and comfortable. I never felt pressured at any point. He’s someone you can truly trust, and I highly recommend working with him.
