Dr. Falwell is thorough and professional, he’s never steered me wrong and is always there if I need him. Madison is always helpful and friendly. Autumn is great at what she does—sharp, efficient, and on top of things—even if one eye occasionally looks like it’s plotting something. Like, she looks at me and I’m like wow, theres a lot going on there. Anyway, she’s the best. They have become like family to us. 10/10 would recommend. Solid team all around.
Dr. Falwell has always been easy to talk to, and never made me feel uncomfortable discussing any issues. His staff is absolutely wonderful. I have called several times and got in the same day. I could not recommend him more.
Best doctor I can say I've ever had. He listens to your concerns and helps you figure out the problem. I always recommend this office when people say they are in search of a new doctor. I wish I could pack them all with me when I move because finding a PCP to replace him is going to be impossible. Autumn is always great about getting the appointments set in a timely manner and works with my schedule.
