I can't say enough about what a great dealership and buying experience Falvey's provided to me. I was shopping for a specific used car and had called and visited a number of Chrysler/Dodge dealerships in NH and MA (I live in MA) and eventually found a good candidate vehicle at Falvey's through an online search. I’ve owned about 16 new vehicles in my lifetime and I’ve never had such a bad experience as I had with Falvey motors. I went in for service on 3-4 issues I was having and after two days of them having my truck and $557 later NOTHING was fixed because they “Couldn’t” find anything wrong. lol. Even after sending them a video of water leaking into my 2022 Ram. I will walk before I use these clowns. Next I’m reaching out to Chrysler/Ram.
