My husband and I recently bought our first home and worked with James (Jim) Rosenberger, through Falvey Real Estate. Jim was awesome to work with, very helpful and set up viewings quickly- which was important during the market we're in. We viewed many houses, but struggled to find a house that really felt like us. We finally did and Jim was efficient through the buying process to and explained everything clearly. I HIGHLY recommend Falvey to anyone looking to purchase.

I was a long time resident of the capital region. I purchased my first home this year, and Cassie Franklin was such a wonderful help throughout the process. The seller in my situation was combative and demanding. Cassie navigated the difficult situation well, and we ended up with a deal that I feel extremely happy about. Cassie is an awesome real estate agent and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Cassie was patient with the long process of selling my mother's house. She actively brought new prospects into the home and communicated with us during the actual sale. It was a long process after discovering home repairs that were necessary to sell but in the end we got it done. Very thankful for her knowledge and patience in our sale!
