Be cautious when getting a quote for a simple job. Over the phone, they quoted $99 for the service call plus the cost of the part. The part itself was under $60, but when the technician arrived, they quoted over $500 for the job, in addition to the $99 service fee. The part was outside the unit, and after a quick investigation, I realized it was a simple 30-minute hookup that I was able to handle myself.
