This hospitals emergency unit is dirty and unhygienic, in disrepair, rude staff, uncomfortable waiting area, total lack of communication from staff to patients, which leads to unnecessary stress and anger that could be easily avoidable.
False bay hospital isn't doing good job this days ,I don't know if you don't have enough Doctors?because the service is very poor

I was locked in a filthy jail cell at False Bay Hospital, forced to sleep on the floor, bitten by insects, surrounded by cockroaches, and misgendered by staff—this is a hate crime in South Africa; I urge all LGBTQ+ and mental health patients to avoid this hospital.
