Terrible service this time I personally called and was given an estimate that I agreed to. When I got there they asked were you given an estimate. I said yes 300. I had a 15% off parts email from Falmouth Toyota that morning. They would not honor it I said ok not happy but I understand. They hit me up an hour later to tell me they also missed quoted me as there was a programming and labor fee. I have been there several times and fairly happy. This was my first visit to the Falmouth Toyota service department. I was impressed with how well staffed and efficient it was! When I cashed out, I thought to myself, I hope the rest of my day goes this well!!! Another reason for me to love my Sienna!
