Communication was excellent when I made the appointment and when I brought the car and picked it up. Unfortunately,f the job of reprogramming the combination meter was not completed accurately and I left the shop only to discover later in the week that the the driver side front turn signal and headlight did not function. It was not convenient to get to the Falmouth shop at that time so the next day when I was in Hyannis I took it into the shop there.
