My experience at this office was outstanding from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful during both check-in and check-out, which set a positive tone. I have four kids ages 5, 3, 2, and 1, so I basically live at this office, and everyone is always so helpful and professional. Every provider is great. At times their schedule policy-healthy kids in the morning, and unhealthy kids in the afternoon is frustrating, but I get why they do it.
The entire staff are so friendly and accommodating. When my child was sick, she had to go weekly. Always worked with her schedule.
We have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Dr. Lind takes his time during appointments and answers all of your million questions without rushing you. He cares and it shows. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
