The first time I was in a car accident and had banged my head, i felt very belittled by staff asked multiple times if i’d actually banged my head? I heard the staff go back behind “closed doors” and laugh and discuss about car crashes from where I could hear. Pop down to minor injuries department was checked in immediately very helpful staff especially Jane for sorting out got my X-ray and home in under 2 hours
Naomi the nurse on duty last night was absolutely fantastic, the best nurse I have ever seen. She was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and just a really nice person. She did every test possible on my eye and talked me through everything even though it was very late. Thank you
First class service from all the staff. Although the waiting times are long they do a great job with what facilities and number of staff they have to cope with the amount of people in the minor injuries unit.
