Pop down to minor injuries department was checked in immediately very helpful staff especially Jane for sorting out got my X-ray and home in under 2 hours
Naomi the nurse on duty last night was absolutely fantastic, the best nurse I have ever seen. She was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and just a really nice person. She did every test possible on my eye and talked me through everything even though it was very late. Thank you
First class service from all the staff. Although the waiting times are long they do a great job with what facilities and number of staff they have to cope with the amount of people in the minor injuries unit.
Absolutely terrible, I was in agony after a fall at work and got sent off with a graze on my knee, turned out I had a broken fibula
I contacted the hospital by email as I needed to have stitches removed from a mole excision I had done just prior to leaving on a cruise. David Withers, Business Administration Apprentice, responded within hours. He arranged for me to have the stitches removed even though it was not something normally offered at the Falmouth Minor Injury Unit.
