S2 is the WORST company ever. Apparently bathroom leaks from upstairs and roaches are not a serious matter here. Blew me off countless times and Francisco doesn’t know anything about everything. Staff has no clue what’s going on, place has gone downhill & ratchet. Stay clear!

These apartments are wonderful. Quiet..clean..and they get to work orders in a timely manner. Celena is great.
