I would like to thank the entire Falltree Apartments team, especially Jessica Castillo, for the excellent service and support. I have been living here for some time, and Jessica has always been professional, kind, and efficient in resolving any issues or concerns. I truly appreciate her dedication and the way she always helps the residents.
I was supposed to get an apartment at Falltree but there was so many problems in the unit I applied for. It was roach infested unit #2923 , supposedly it was ready for move in but it wasn’t they didn’t clean it before handing us the keys . They had people cleaning the apartment the day of move in , AC wasn’t working either. We had to cancel our move in and got our money back .
I moved in about 2 months ago on the second floor. I was having some issues with my apartment cooling, and now it’s just crazy hot in my apartment. They left me like this this whole weekend, and with that being said, Friday I went up to the office, and the maintenance man said he had done everything he can, and there is nothing else he can do. I had a great experience working with Jessica! She was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out!
