The staff it's always very kind and knowledgeable...
Dr. Lomax is absolutely the best veterinarian that you can ask for. He is always willing to answer all of my questions and truly cares about my dog, Moose. The staff in the office are also wonderful and make you feel like family. Everyone takes the time to help make Moose comfortable as he can get very nervous (he is afraid of getting his nails done).
I was new to the area and didn't have a vet yet. My puppy was injured on a Saturday so I thought for sure I was going to have to take her to an ER. I hoped her injury was just a sprain but didn't want to wait until Monday or spend hundreds of dollars at the er. I called fallston and explained that I was new and my dog was injured. They got me in that morning. I was so grateful. The doctor and staff couldn't have been nicer and didn't put her thru xrays.
