My vision insurance is included in my medical plan and office is in network but because we're not a 3rd party vendor they are not willing to set up clearing house to submit claim and said I wasn't worth it.
My husband and I have been patients at this office since it opened ( and before with Dr. Getz's father). We were always very happy there until D. Getz retired. I tried to make an appointment to see Dr. Stoltz but was put on hold for 20 minutes because I didn't have insurance despite always paying our bills completely upon receiving our glasses.
