Got a new to me computer and network adapter to get our network back up and running. computer was a good deal for the fast processor and upgraded windows installed on it. does a great job running all my Adobe and microsoft programs. far more efficient then regular $1000 laptops. the team was great fast and helpfull in getting me what i needed and it didnt break the bank. deffinatly recommend their computer and network items especially since they have some harder to find adapters. Fallsnet worked very hard to help us to get high speed internet at our house. We are extremely happy with the result. Fast, reliable internet.
We recently switched to Fallsnet from Centurytel in the Buckman area. Initially we had a few kinks that needed working out, but every time we called with an issue they were very helpful and fast. In addition, THEY then called ME to let me know they were giving me a credit on my bill for the problems we had experienced! Internet service has been great since we worked out the problems and their customer service is second to none!!
Wanted to hire them to get Internet out to a detached garage, the women that answered the phone asked who was the internet provider now I said charter so she recommended I call charter . Very disappointed in fallsnet , must be nice to be so busy you can turn down work .
We have only been with fallsnet for a few months and I will say that of all the internet providers in our area that we had tried nothing compares to fallsnet. The service is absolutely amazing. And it's 100% reliable. We have never had any issues and it's more than what we were expecting. Prices are great and customer service is phenomenal, and they have the best group of workers. I've worked with the guys at Fallsnet for about 7 years now- new equipment, repairs, and setup/install. They understand urgency (especially with a home office and store front business), are professional, and honest. They are also very knowledgeable.
